	由国家版权局主办,江苏省版权局、苏州市政府承办的第七届中国国际版权博览会19日在苏州拉开帷幕。博览会以&ldquo;交流、合作、创新、发展&rdquo;为主题,旨在通过展示版权产业成果,交流国内外版权工作经验,推动版权产业持续快速地发展。</p>
<p>
	国家版权局于慈珂司长宣读了中宣部副部长梁言顺的致辞。梁言顺在致辞中说,随着经济全球化、世界一体化进程的不断深入,包括版权在内的知识产权日益成为世界各国发展的战略性资源和体现国际竞争力的核心要素,同时也是中国建设创新型国家和文化强国的重要支撑。2018年,中国迎来改革开放40周年,40年的努力奋斗,让中国融入广阔世界。中国与包括&ldquo;一带一路&rdquo;沿线国家在内的世界各国保持密切的版权交流合作,共同探索打击盗版跨境协作机制,促进优秀作品的有序传播,为版权创造与保护营造更加有利的国际环境。希望国内外版权界的朋友们可以通过博览会的平台,加强沟通、相互学习、共谋发展、互利共赢,推动更加有效地保护和使用版权,更好地造福各国人民。</p>
<p>
	开幕式上举行了2018年&ldquo;中国版权金奖&rdquo;颁奖典礼。2018年&ldquo;中国版权金奖&rdquo;设有&ldquo;作品奖&rdquo;&ldquo;推广运用奖&rdquo;&ldquo;保护奖&rdquo;和&ldquo;管理奖&rdquo;四个奖项,鼓励和表彰版权推广、运用、保护和管理方面做出突出贡献的个人或单位。获奖名单包括6个作品奖、5个推广应用奖、5个保护奖和4个管理奖。其中,商务印书馆出版的《新华字典》位列作品奖首位。还举办了国家版权局与WIPO互换协议文本仪式以及国家版权局版权管理司、江苏省版权局、苏州市人民政府签署三方合作框架协议等活动。</p>
<p>
	世界知识产权组织副总干事王彬颖指出,在&ldquo;大众创业、万众创新&rdquo;的推动下,中国已跻身世界最具创新力国家行列,中国在知识产权领域的全球对话中发挥着更加积极的作用。近年来,WIPO与中国的合作关系得到了实质性加强。今后,WIPO愿为中国知识产权事业的进一步发展增添助力。</p>
<p>
	作为主宾国代表,韩国文化局局长文荣皓说,中韩两国版权合作历史悠久,今年9月,首尔成功举办了第14届中韩著作权论坛及政府间会谈,双方就加强版权合作,推动中韩版权保护再上新台阶达成了共识。除政府间合作外,两国政府都大力支持开展中韩民间交流,希望今后在两国政府、有关机构以及民间层面上,建立起多形式、多渠道、全方位的沟通机制,进一步加强两国文化和版权领域的交流合作。</p>
<p>
	据了解,江苏省高度重视版权保护工作,将其作为建设创新型省份、文化强省的重要举措。2016年江苏省版权产业增加值达到6508亿元,占全省GDP的8.55%,在国民经济中的支柱地位日渐巩固。下一步,江苏省将着力推动版权产业高质量发展,为建设&ldquo;强富美高&rdquo;新江苏和版权强国作出新的贡献。</p>
